How to create a new wallet?

Step 1: Choose New wallet.

Step 2: Read the information on the screen carefully and choose Show me the words.

Step 3: Save or write down the Secret frase and choose Create Wallet

How to restore wallet?

Step 1: Open Nitrogen App & select Settings on the home screen.

Step 2: Click Add new wallet

Step 3: Select Restore wallet

Step 4: Input your Recovery (mnemonic) Phrase, Private Key or Publick Key & click Restore wallet

How to save wallet?

Step 1: Open Nitrogen App & select Settings on the home screen.

Step 2: Click Save wallet and select the wallet you want to save.

Step 3: Choose Save to Google Drive, pick a name and tap Save.

How to receive funds?

Step 1: Open Nitrogen App & select Receive on the home screen.

Step 2: Choose a SOL or find the token you need through the search.

Step 3: Copy or share address of your wallet. You can also show the QR-code to sender

How to send funds?

Step 1: Open Nitrogen App & select Send on the home screen.

Step 2: Choose a SOL or find the token you need through the search.

Step 3: Type or paste the address of wallet. You can also scan the QR-code with beneficiary's address. Then click Continue.

Step 4: Enter the amount of funds you want to send or click on MAX to send the maximum amount. Then click Continue.

NOTE: Each transaction sent through the network, to be processed by the current leader validation-client and confirmed as a global state transaction, contains a transaction fee. These fees are minuscule — averaging just $0.00025 per transaction. To make any transaction on the Solana network, you need to have a small amount of SOL in your wallet.

How much funds can I send at once?

There are no restrictions. You can send any amount of funds available in your wallets.

What happens if I use the wrong Wallet address to send or receive funds?

All transactions made on the blockchain are final and irreversible. The decentralized nature of blockchains means that nobody has the ability to reverse transactions once they have been made. Tokens sent to the wrong wallet address are most likely lost forever. Our team has no way to access anyone’s wallet and therefore has no way to reverse a transaction. You can return funds back only if you know the owner of the wallet.

To protect yourself from erroneous transactions always double check that you are sending the correct token to the correct address.

How to change PIN code?

Step 1: Open Nitrogen App & select Settings on the home screen.

Step 2: Click Change PIN code and select Yes.

Step 3: Create and Confirm new PIN code.

Step 4: Choose whether you will use biometric data to enter the app.

Step 1: Open Nitrogen App & select Settings on the home screen.

Step 2: Find Auto Lock and switch the slider.

How do I keep my wallet safe?

Backup your Secret Recovery Phrase

Nitrogen requires that you store your Secret Recovery Phrase in a safe place. It is the only way to recover your funds. We recommend you to write it down. The most common method is to write your 12(24)-word phrase on a piece of paper and store it safely in a place where only you have access.

Note: if you lose your Secret Recovery Phrase, Nitrogen can’t help you recover your wallet. Never give your Secret Recovery Phrase or your private key(s) to anyone or any web-site, unless you want them to have full control over your funds.

What is a Secret Recovery Phrase?

A Secret Recovery Phrase (seed phrase or mnemonic) is a series of words generated by a cryptocurrency wallet that give you access to the crypto associated with that wallet. As long as you have your seed phrase, you’ll have access to all of the crypto associated with the wallet that generated the phrase — even if you delete or lose the wallet. Do not share your Secret Recovery Phrase with anyone! If someone has access to your secret phrase, they will have access to your wallet.

Nitrogen support will NEVER ask you for your secret phrase or your private key.
